Cancellation Policy
Please remember I am running a small business and this is not to be taken personal.
As a courtesy, I ask at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. My fee is 40% of your original service total + your deposit paid.
This equals right below 50% total.
With 48 hours notice there is a better chance I am able to maximize my time at the salon and be as accommodating as possible. Your communication is so valued and appreciated!
